Return and Refund Policy

At Paragoose Clothing, we make every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging , with all labels intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Personalized products, gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable except in the case of an error on our part.

Return procedure

  1. Contact our customer service at support@paragooseclothing.fr mentioning your order number, the reason for the return and, if possible, a photo of the product.
  2. Our team will send you the return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong size sent, etc.).
  • Initial shipping costs are non refundable.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service department within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
