1. Order processing times

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
  • During periods of high demand (sales, holidays, promotions), the preparation time may increase slightly.

2. Delivery times and areas

We deliver throughout mainland France and to several European countries. Average delivery times are as follows:

  • Metropolitan France: 7 to 15 business days
  • European Union: 7 to 15 business days
  • Other regions of Europe: up to 20 working days depending on the carrier and destination

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carriers, weather conditions, or periods of high logistical activity.

3. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package’s progress in real time. You can also track your order at any time by contacting our customer service at admin@paragooseclothing.fr .

4. Delivery costs

  • Free standard delivery for all orders over €0 in France.
  • For orders under €69, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

No hidden taxes will be added to your order. All prices shown include VAT.

5. Delivery delay

If your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the problem persists, contact our customer service at support@paragooseclothing.fr — we will open an investigation with the carrier. No refund will be issued until the investigation is complete.

6. Lost or damaged packages

We do our best to ensure your parcels arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or your parcel appears to be lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or after the scheduled date).
  2. Please provide us with photos of the package and the product.
  3. We will take the necessary steps immediately (replacement or refund as appropriate).

7. Incorrect delivery address

Please carefully check your address before confirming your order. Paragoose Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible to correct your address before shipment.

8. Taxes and customs duties (international orders)

For deliveries outside of France, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the legislation of the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
